123 TRANSPORTED - Review

I gave them 2stars only because the truck driver went beyond what was necessary to help my family transport our truck. Otherwise it would have been 1 star. I had never transported a truck before and was searching for a reliable company to make this nerve racking process simple. I thought this company was the answer. I was wrong. I was given great information up front and a good price. I informed them that I wanted my credit card charged the full amount and was given no issues. We were not informed ahead of time what time the truck would be picked up and were given 30 minutes notice (we did know the day though). The day before the truck was to be delivered we received a call that the balance would need to be paid to the driver (not charged to my card). Luckily I was able to get a cash advance on my card. We feel like we were mislead and kept in the dark about much of the process. All transport companies use brokers so be informed and ask questions.  (more)

Found service to be very professional and reliable. From the first phone call I made to to the date of delivery I was updated of the transport of my vehicle. Would definitely recommend.  (more)
