Review Description

I am only giving them 2 stars for the 2 guys that came out and did the actual moving because they did work hard, however I cannot say the same for the person who does the scheduling and runs the place. After rescheduling to the next day bc the time of their arrival on Fri kept getting pushed back they arrived around noon when the admin person Justin initially said they would be there between 7a-10a. I went w this company bc the per hour price seemed like a good deal, but in hindsight I would have gone w a company that cost a little more, bc this move took the longest of any move I have ever done and costed the most and to top it off the thing that really annoyed me about this company and the main reason I would not recommend them is that they accidentally broke my tv stand (which is ok I understand accidents happen) but I was promised by Justin they would replace it and fix it but that was 2 months ago and now he would not return my phone calls or text messages. If you do go with this company be prepared to wait 3-5 hours past when they say they will be there and pray that nothing breaks.
