I had to move my vehicle to NY from Florida because I sold it and it was going overseas from a port in NY into a container. One of the worst experiences I had, they made my whole move a nightmare. Not only was I lied to about the price and details, but I ended up having to go to customs to release my packages, while OSI hung up the phone in my face when I called to complain obviously this was after I had paid them.
