Review Description

One of the worst experiences I had, they made my whole move a nightmare. Not only was I lied to about the price and details, but I ended up having to go to customs to release my packages, while OSI hung up the phone in my face when I called to complain obviously this was after I had paid them. I hope that nobody else has to go through this terrible experience of overpaying and bad customer service and manners.
