I have shipped a number of motor vehicles. Always some glitch or lack of communication, but have all arrived. Luis Marrero did a great job of following up when the first scheduled transporter was stopped and placed out of service an hour prior to pick. He had a second transporter complete the pickup that day. Transport was Texas to Ohio so not a hugely populated run. Might question why a chosen transporter gets tagged out of service, but it happens. Only thing you can do is move on and try to get it right.

David Hilty was the broker who assisted me and kept me updated every day.
