Review Description
I called The 24 Hour Tow Company and was sent out a driver from Manwills Towing. I was quoted one price by 24 Hour Towing and when the car was finally towed the 10 - 12 miles during mid-day none rush hour I was given a bill for $245.00. I was charged for the driver putting the car on the flatbed, gasoline, labor, paperwork fee, also fee for having to strap vehicle down as well as other charges. The driver then refuses to take my credit card and because I do not have cash he takes my car to his tow yard. It ends up costing me $500.00 to get it out. Then I have to have the car towed back home by a reputable company. I tried to complain to 24 Hours, but they say that they are simply dispatchers and the tow company can charge me whatever they so choose. The service was horrible and I doubt that it is legal. If you enjoy this type of customer oriented service please feel free to call these guys.
