Brian Gass review for mayflower express direct auto transport

Review Description

Mayflower Express Direct uses a Bait and Switch technique by quoting in writing a low rate on auto shipping, taking a large deposit via an online agreement that has no final price on it, and then contracting a truck service that combined with the deposit is more than the total that they quote. The truck driver then extorts you for their contracted fee or they will not deliver your car. They did not return any calls the day the car was delivered when I was trying to get the matter solved. I have yet to make the transaction whole with me. The total shipping quoted was $450 and the final payout was $575. I am asking for a credit of $125 applied back to my credit card. This is not the way to do business and I would advise anyone who is thinking of shipping with Mayflower Express Direct to consider who they are doing business with. DO NOT SIGN THE E-DOCUMENT THEY SEND YOU. IT HAS NO FINAL PRICE ON IT. THESE GUYS ARE SHADY. Follow up: These guys only credited back my card back for $50 in spite of filing a claim with my credit card company. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.
