Review Description
Mike is a very confident guy. The problem is, he's not telling you the full story. What he failed to tell me is that the balance to be paid to the driver is ESTIMATED. I was told the price to pay my driver was $650. Here is the email from Mike: "yes if you book today we can do it for 825 with a 175. deposit and balance of 650 COD to the driver. thanks mike 561 288 3511". I don't see estimated in there anywhere. The drivers price turned out to be $800. That is a 23% increase!! I RECOMMEND GETTING A BROKER THAT DOESN'T CHARGE DEPOSITS UP FRONT!!

Title : Not The Whole Truth!
Rebuttal : This customer left out he was coming out of Salinas CA anyone reading this review please take the time and goggle this part of California its Off the Grid in the middle of no ware, on top of that Springfield, mo witch is a major city in MO this guy was 100 Miles south in the middle of Missouri in the boon docks. I still got a driver to do a door to door service and he was the only driver that would for and extra 75.00 on each end, just to cover the drivers extra Fuel just to drive 100s of miles off the beating path just for this one customer. I think that I did an outstanding job and provided this customer Amazing Service on a route that's dead this time of year. We ship 15 thousand Vehicles a year and only get a few complaints and 100 percent of them come from people having to pay a little extra because they are in the middle of no ware and we still want to provide door to door service. This review in no way reflects the type of service you get when you book a transport with Mayflower Express Direct Transport. Thank you and please call me direct any time for a quote Mike Mazzo
