I am posting a review detailing the great service and professionalism that I received from Thomas, President of Mayflower Express Direct Auto. After receiving numerous quotes and calls from transport companies from all over the country, I settled on Mayflower Express dt. to handle the transport of my new vehicle. There are multiple reasons why I chose Mayflower Express DT to handle this transaction among them are the professionalism and knowledge that the president , Thomas exuded in our short time on the phone. He explained to me in detail how the process of acquiring a driver for the route happens and how the order is put in to a central dispatch and tracking system. He understood that this was my 1st time shipping a vehicle and in turn took the time to help me be comfortable with the amount of money I was spending for this service. After my order was placed, I received an immediate email confirmation of my order and another phone call letting me know that Thomas would contact me upon finding a driver and company for my pickup and delivery. It took only 2 days for a carrier to contact me confirming my vehicle and pickup location information and my vehicle was picked up less than 8 hours later. I was then contacted again by Thomas at Mayflower Express confirming this pickup and he again thanked me for my business and let me know that he would stay in contact to follow up on the vehicle transport. My vehicle arrived 2.5 days later as promised and the paperwork and financial side of the transaction were all handled professionally by the vehicle transport carrier. I would like to finish off by saying that I am 100% satisfied with the service I received from Thomas of Mayflower Express. From the price of the transaction to the level of customer service and professionalism I received every step of the way, I would definitely do business again and will no doubt be sending plenty of referral business in the near future. Job well done and exceeded my 1st time expectations of shipping a vehicle .
