When I called Mayflower Express Direct I had already reviewed and contacted several carriers. Mayflower Express customer service and sales departments were very courteous and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions completely. When I made the decision to give Mayflower Express Direct my order, the order was taken efficiently and my fees and commitments were clearly spelled out. Since I had a very short time interval for my pick-up scheduling I was concerned about communications with the carrier. Mayflower Express Directs customer service manged these communications needs completely. I was informed of dates and times and was assured that the schedules were well in effect and the carrier was committed to the schedule as well. The pick-up and delivery occurred as planned.
