My experience with transporting my vehicle through Mayflower Express Auto Transport company was great. This was my first time using a transport service so I felt nervous about the whole process. My search began with a list of approximately 30 to 40 transport companies. I proceeded to call each company individually. After making nearly 20 calls, I came across Mayflower Express Auto Transport. Your company was located in Boca, which was pleasing to me. I called the number and was greeted by Mike. He was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. After a few minutes into our conversation, I was convinced this was the company I wanted to use. He explained the process, gave a dateline on pickup and delivery of my vehicle, the cost and locating a driver (which could take up to 7 days). I was astonished when she called me on the next day and had already located a driver. I was told my vehicle would arrive in Florida on June 9th and it did. Thanks for your loyalty and for making me feel at ease.
