Review Description

Recently shipped my grandsons vehicle from our home in Idaho to Shepperd AFB in TX. They responded very quickly & stayed in constant communication with myself and my grandson. One note: they advertise door to door however we live in a very rural area and after the initial quote, they had to add an additional 200 because of the area in which we live, we understand why that expense was added. J&S told us that we should not give the driver any additional money but the trucking companys dispatch told us that they would have to charge an additional 150 because we had clothes in the backseat. That worked out and we did not have to pay any additional money after all. We are very happy with the transport & the driver was extremely professional & was able to deliver the vehicle ahead of schedule. We would definitely recommend
