Now that I have my stuff delivered and they cannot do anything else as they threatened to. This was an absolutely crap service from start to finish. Strong arm man Vinny was particularly rude and obnoxious. The week before we were due to get our container to pack, he called me up asking me to pay more money to ensure that the shipping container arrived on time, even though we booked the time and were assured by the sales guy that it would be good provided there were no issues at the port. I wish I had read these reviews before I booked them. I have another friend who is moving from the US to Australian and I can guarantee that I did not give them the name of this company when they asked me for recommendations!
