Review Description

I have used movers before, and it looks like that movers have trouble moving between states. Ricky gave me an estimate via email. But, as soon as he got to my apartment, he said that the "cubic feet" was way more than he expected, and had to charge me more accordingly. In addition, we had said that we needed my things by a certain date, which was another $1000, for guaranteed delivery, because he had to use a different truck. This was complete new information to me. Needless to say, his driver arrived ten days later that the "guaranteed" delivery date , because the driver had to come from California. I was moving to South Carolina. When his truck driver showed up, he slapped on some extra fees for going up stairs, also the fee was delivery changed from $100, to $300 and so on. Overall, the experience was very poor. The only good point is that all my things were delivered, and they built everything for me, which is why they get two stars. However, it is very very unlikely I would recommend this business, or use them again in the future.
