Review Description
I received a call from the new owner of Green Van Lines. He apologized for the poor service I experienced 5 years ago. He asked if he could do anything to make it right. I told him the truth is no. He would not be able to return lost boxes or repair broken furniture. He offered me $250 to update my review. My original review stands against the original Green Van Lines and the experience I had in 2011. The new 4 star rating is for the new owner who is trying to make it right and trying to build a new business with a new reputation. I wish him well.
