Review Description

Adam H, my sales guy, was great at his job. He talked me out of all the bad reviews that I questioned him about. I have never written a review so felt it was important to not let anyone else fall into the same mistake. They will tell you whatever you need to hear. Pickup: I was given a 2 day window and was told a dispatcher would call me 24 hours in advance of pickup. On the first day, a dispatcher called me and said the crew would be there in 20 minutes. I told him I was not ready because I did not get the 24 hour notice and he got defensive and told me he called me the day prior. I have an iphone, no one called me or left a voicemail. Delivery Date: Adam H told me my stuff would be delivered between Dec 3-5. On December 1st, I received a call saying that my stuff would not be there until December 11-14. On December 3rd, I got a call in the morning saying my stuff would be here on December 9th. Later that day I got a call saying it would be there the following day (December 4th). I was moving from D.C. to Colorado, I do not understand how there could be so much confusion over when my belongings were going to arrive. Throughout this, Adam was impossible to reach, avoided my calls and emails.
