Review Description

Since 1993, I have used Foxx Movers 2 times locally and could not have been happier with their work. A few years ago, I recommended them to a friend who also used them. Our last move to North Texas was a disappointment. Mr. Durand came to our home twice to confirm all items to be moved. Three movers arrived on time, worked hard, and were pleasant. The truck was extremely full and there was damage (dings and scratches) on 2 tables and a desk. I called Mr. Durand and left multiple messages, but he did not return my calls. I called Mr. Hopkins reporting the problem and he said he had no one in the area to take care of the problem and all he offered was $100.00. When I told him that would barely cover the trip charge, he refused to continue the conversation and hung up on me. Because of discourteous and unprofessional treatment, I will not refer Foxx Movers in the future. As a once loyal customer, I am sad to end a committed relationship with Foxx Moving Company.
