RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Do not use Fleet Express! They promised me my car on Saturday morning and it did not arrive until Monday morning at 7am. They did not return phone calls or texts all weekend lending to a highly stressful situation. I was waiting around all weekend for my car to arrive in L.A. from Florida and when I did get ahold of Richard on Sunday I told him I was going to call the police and he told me to go ahead, call the police! and hung up on me. So professional. I blame myself for not checking their reviews on Yelp first for I would have seen all the negative reviews and would have gone with another carrier, even if it cost me a few more dollars. These guys are hacks and do not communicate If you are okay with that, then they are your company. But if you like to know when your car is arriving, do not use Fleet Express, for they keep you in the dark.
