Review Description
I recently had First Class Transport deliver a car from TX here to MA. The car arrived in an open carrier as I had paid for/requested as it was considerably cheaper. (it was a little bit dirty from the 1500 mile ride but that is not their fault - just what happens when you go that far through rain off and on for 5 days.) Two things which could be improved upon in my book. I dealt with Nicole and she answered all my questions and got the booking completed and my car on the transport in a very timely fashion. I was told I would get a confirmation email regarding the down payment on my credit card I made to get the car loaded and on its way to me. The email never came through and the only way I learned it was done and for how much was when I logged in to my credit card account to confirm it. Secondly, regarding delivery, once it left TX I had no idea of when it was going to arrive. I finally called on day 4 and left a message for some sort of heads up what day I could expect it. On Day 5 Nicole called me back and told me the car would be arriving "soon", and when I pressed her for what that meant, she said in about an hour. Ok, I will get changed and put on my rain gear (naturally it was beautiful for the past 4 days - the skies opened up on Day 5). It was not 5 minutes and the driver called and said he was at the bottom of my hill. For people who work away from their house, this type of "heads up" would just not work. They did a great job of getting my car to me without damage. The customer contact/feedback/updates could be better to make it an absolutely exceptional service
