Review Description

I purchased a Groupon with First Choice Movers, but there was issues with the Groupon, but they still honored the price. Initially things were ok, but as the move went on things turned bad. The groupon was for 4 hours of moving, but I ended up needing to add two extra hours (2pm - 8pm). The loading and unloading seemed to take forever and I have moved previously but it never took this long. The movers complained because the home we were moving to had three levels. Almost everything was moved by about 7:20 pm, but we were told we needed to pay for the full last hour. Since there were a few things that still needed to be put in the correct place, we asked them to continue moving the last few items. They complained and got into an argument with my husband. My husband said forget it and asked them to leave. Then they sat outside of our home until about 8pm, I guess to get their full hour of pay. Many items had scratches that we did not notice until after the move.
