Review Description

I was happy with my moving services from Dumbo Moving. I had a long distance move from the East Coast to the Midwest and worked with Dave, a Sales Representative. Dave prepared an affordable quote and was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. The movers that picked up my belongings showed up on time and and were professional. They handled my things with care and were very patient with me when I was making last minute decisions. The mover that delivered and dropped off my belongings also treated my things with care and was very professional. The only downside to my move: the Long Distance Operations Manager, Vlad, was not reachable by phone. When I experienced concerns regarding the window of delivery, I was only able to work with Dave to get answers. Additionally, not every person that answers the phone has great customer service etiquette. I did experience a rude hang up by someone a few days prior to the delivery of my items.
