Review Description

I would never use this company. They delivered my car two days late and failed to take any accountability. They ended up having to hire a sub-contractor because of a over supply of vehicles who delivered the car extremely late on a Saturday (an issue they should have forseen). The sub-contractor they hired took an hour to unload the car and pulled into my neighbors driveway labelled KEEP OUT. Diesel Auto Express never communicated with me about the status of my car and where it was. On the day the car was delivered, they changed the delivery time 4 times. Originally, it was from 9am - 12am, and the car was unloaded by 7:00pm. Additionally, they refused to take any accountability for the delays and not having a driver available. They refused to take any accountability for the lack of communication and their sub-contractors delivery behavior. I have never had a worse customer service experience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
