: Best Quality.
Found this company on yelp, and during a very stressful situation they were fantastic. My husbands radiator over heated and so he pulled over at the Walmart by Ft.Carson and I called Viper towing immediately. They were quick to get on the way but unfortunately they got a flat tire and it delayed them by 45 minutes. When the owner arrived he towed the car For Free. He was just fantastic even though I was a little irritated, he made me laugh and took his time hooking up the 2003 Cobra, even though he was doing it for free. He dropped the car off well beyond across town and then called me to let me know it was all taken care of.
Hopefully I will never have a town again but if I do I am calling Viper towing! (more)

I highly recommend viper towing, very professional and friendly. They arrived exactly when they said they would. Their $50 flat rate around the Colorado Springs city limit is the best in town with their very advance tow truck. Would use their services again if I had to. (more)

: Worst Customer service
We are a transporter hired by Viper Transport & Towing to ship a car from NY to CA with the agreement that Viper would pay us $1400 within 2 days of delivery. The car was delivered on time and Viper did sent us a check however it was written on an account that did not have funds to cover. They wrote us a bad check. Be forewarned when dealing with this company. (more)

: Very professional and nice.
The service was exceedingly professional. He came on time as promised. He placed my vehicle on the truck swiftly, carefully, and fast. I 100% recommended him to anyone. The night before, I waited 4 hours after my accident for AAA to never come. I called this company in the morning and he left pompano to come all the way to Miami Gardens within the hour to deliver my car. His attitude was very positive, genuine, and respectful
