: awesome Customer Service
Being the same as just about everyone else , i was concerned about transporting my vechicle. I read about many nightmare stories and also seen reviews that may have been placed by the staff themselves.
From the minute I called Annette to reciept of the auto then was open communication, knowing where, where and how. Annette provided all the information I required, even off hour contacts. The driver called me a few times to advise of his status.
Overall the experience was great, and my vechicle was delivered in a quality fashion. Great Customer Service and performance. Thanks (more)

US Auto Transport shipped my car from Los Angeles, CA to Cocoa, Florida in July and everything
was perfectly safe. My car arrived earlier than they said it would and in great condition; they were

Vera was great to work with. She was very knowledgeable and quick to get answers to my many questions. The pickup and delivery times were right on what she said they would be and the driver called ahead early to tell me what he expected his arrival time would be later in the day. Thank you!
