Todd was very helpful and friendly to deal with from the first phone call, His expertise in the transport industry was very evident right off the bat. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond the call of duty during the entire process . : Trusted First Auto Transport Exceeds My Expectations Again!!!
This is my second time using Trusted First Auto Transport. In August, I had my Jeep Wrangler transported from Atlanta to northern California. I was so pleased with the service that when my son, a few months later, decided to relocate from Atlanta to northern California as well, I immediately called Kelly Chamberlin at Trusted.

: Honsety.
I had hired another broker - they took my money immediately. After 5 weeks of calling them, it got to where they would refuse my calls, never call me back & flat out LIE to me.
I called Charlie on a Monday night -, on Wednesday me car was picked up in New York.
Its is a real pleasue to deal with a professional, honest person. Charlie carried through with what he told me. There were no lies. Charlie is "the man" (more)

: dishonest moving service
Also was told to pay 750 in advance. Then few day before ship date, they would not answer my phone calls. I called and left tons of messages asking what the status was, and when my car would ship. So I asked for a refund, they returned that call! The guy was so rude and insulting!! So I called my bank to open a dispute. My bank refunded my money. Then a few days later, I see the charge of $750 show up again! So I call my bank, we put a block on their company and I have blocked their phone calls. I am sure its them trying to hassle me some more. Beware of this shady, creepy, dishonest company! (more)
