Our "specialist" did not know half of what was required to move our vehicle out of Puerto Rico. With only a few days left, we had to run around and get a police inspection, documents notarized, and a cleaning that required attestation. We did this all by ourselves. The "specialist" also told us that the vehicle would be picked up at our house, but we had to deliver it to the port. Once there, the Bill of Lading was not sent from Transparent. This required frantic phone calls to them. I would NOT use them to transport my vehicle. (more)

Transparent International guys are very professional and super helpful from the day you ask for a quote. Ryan Harris was very clear and thorough, he helped me explain all the intricate details (my move was from New York to Australia). They were very competitive and always a phone call away. They recommended me things which are not worth shipping to Australia and the customs and tax implications. They also gave me an estimation on the arrival, how will the entry of container handled and who will get it to my place in Melbourne, Australia. I knew I was in safe hands when they kept checking on me time and again. The move went very smooth and the guys who delivered the goods were professional and helpful. (more)

Just had the most lovely call with Paul from Transparent International. Very transparent (dad joke)
and helpful. I felt that the information they provided was much more honest and realistic than other
companies, who quoted very low prices but had tons of reviews regarding "hidden fees" and
"nightmare scenarios" of having to pay double the price after the fact (which was giving me
unending anxiety). Would definitely recommend calling to get a quote and advice! (more)
