If you book with this company, I advise you to make sure they are 100% clear about all of the charges that are going to be added on top of the estimate given. There was miscommunication over the agreement of price. I am happy however that management has reached out to resolve the issue. (more)

: Do not use this company
Would not recommend. They started moving/packing items before checking with us. They ate my daughters candy from the kitchen without asking. They also used our upstairs bathroom (its fine they used the bathroom, but they should have asked beforehand because they did not use the correct one and we want to keep things clean because of COVID). Spent a lot of time gossiping or talking on the phone, and mask use by workers was not consistent/proper. These may seem like little issues, but they add up especially during a pandemic. (more)

Hi... we hired this company to move my parents furniture from Westchester County to Queens, NY..
They arrived on time and were professional throughout the transaction.. It was a small building they
were moving furniture into with a small elevator...
They respected all guidelines regarding face masks and spacing!!
Although it was a hot day.. July 2, 2020 they kept their cool!!!
Definitely recommend... I only remember Charles as he was the one doing most of the moving into
apartment.. but all three deserve recognition..

I called them at the recommendation of a friend and I did not repent. Everything was completely correct on time. Great experience. Very professional staff. Everything was as agreed. (more)
