Silver Express Logistics - Review

It was my first time shipping my car cross-country, or shipping a vehicle at all so I was skeptical and wasnot sure who to trust. The person who helped me ease my anxiety and was most responsive and professional was Christina. She was so nice and honest throughout the entire process. From figuring out the best price, to reassuring me, to responding to all my questions and concerns, she was the best. Of course, I was still skeptical until my car was officially delivered. My car was safely delivered to my doorstep and it was in the same condition as I left it. Thank you, Christina for helping me throughout the entire process! Although I got into a car accident and totaled my car less than a week after it was delivered, I wanted to share this positive experience. We contacted Silver Express after our dad used them previously to transport his vehicles. Robert was extremely reliable and responsive--even on Memorial Day! We transported our car from Arizona to North Carolina and it took about seven days. There was a bit of confusion with the driver--but after calling Robert, we learned he blew a tire. The driver ended up picking up the car from my parents house and they said he did a great job taking pictures and video of the car prior to loading it. We received the car in the exact condition we left it. This company contracts with drivers, but if you are looking for someone very responsive--this company is it!  (more)
