Tony was EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL he transported my son car from Ohio to Washington state and did a superior job trust him all the way : he stayed in day to day contact and was on spot with everything!!! I wish I could give them no stars. My car came to me damaged, my hardwire camera was pulled out by Charlie the driver, he drove my car also. My mirror was damaged as well. I paid $1,500 for my car to be transported and I believe since I would not meet Charlie at a truck stop he damaged my car on purpose; I paid for door to door service. I had to meet him to load the car - he is fat lazy crackhead. Charlie is a crackhead and the owner is a racist towards black women. The owner called me a "bit_h when I called to report the damage to my car. If anyone on here had a similar experience please report them to the "Consumer Protection Agency" and sue them. They need to go out of business. I paid money to be disrespected and for my property to be damaged. I am beyond disappointe. My mirror was damaged also. My hardwire camera was cut.  (more)

I decided to give this company a chance out of all the other companies that had sent me the quotes. I received an email stating that a carrier has been booked for my transport. The driver arrived exactly on time for pickup and the delivery was on time. Everything went smoothly.  (more)

I was contacted by safe transporters when shipment was scheduled, day of pickup, and day after delivery to ensure everything was going as planned. My car showed up in a enclosed trailer with some nice exotic cars,the driver was awesome,he kept me informed along the way.Staffs were very knowledgable and they provided very good customer service. The car came through just fine with out any damages and I plan on recommending safe transporters to one of my friends planning a cross country move. Thanks! I have used Safe Transporters twice now to ship my vehicle across the United States and from California to Washington. From start to finish my experience with Safe Transporters was excellent. Car was dirty from transport but expected. Customer service was friendly, pricing was honest, and the process was relatively painless Thank You guys are awesome and run a great company. We are glad that we used Safe Transporters and we have another car that we will ship soon we will probably use them again.  (more)
