Road Rider Llc - Review

I was extremely disappointed that your driver showed up unprepared to haul my boat this morning. The spec sheet attached was sent prior to scheduling and your driver noted that he was unaware of any of the boat weight and dimension specifications. The driver whom you sent his name and phone number was not even the person that showed up this morning. There was no Daniel onsite. The trailer was inadequate to haul this boat and your driver was not prepared with permits or a spotter. Your unpreparedness will cost me additional hauling fees around the yard and has screwed up multiple schedules. Very disappointed.  (more)
