We recently moved out of state from Colorado. The movers were professional, courteous and swift. The only downside was that when we arrived the guarantee to help "unpack" and setup just means they put the boxes in your home and you do all the unpacking. Wish that was communicated better to us however everything else was 5 star. The relocation specialist was a fantastic communicator and let us know what to expect and all of our items were moved carefully. We would definitely use them again.  (more)

Subject : poor service

The scheduling and initial contact went well but.... If you are looking for well trained and ambitious movers, DO NOT call Mesa. They are paid hourly, so speed and efficiency are not a priority. If there is a problem and you are hoping for a reasonable resolution, DONOT call Mesa. They promise to look into issues but are not willing to stand behind their service. Enough said........  (more)
