Subject : I would not recommend them

I provided a detailed list of what needed moved and was charged twice as much as the estimate. The company did not stand behind their estimate. I would not recommend using Local Motion moving.  (more)

Subject : underestimating the hours needed

I liked the guys who did the work and ran the truck - they worked hard, and I am sure are underpaid. What I did not like, and why I would not use this company again, is that they low-balled the bid tin order to get the job - underestimating the hours needed -- and then billed it at the same much higher rate other companies quoted offering honest quotes. I did not appreciate the $300 surprise extra billing, and would have preferred an honest quote to begin with.  (more)
