Incredible service. Joseph is very punctual, very responsive and a very nice person to deal with. I shipped my car from Cincinnati to Northern California. Before I found Joseph, I talked to few other brokers, and never was very comfortable with either the reviews or what I was being offered. Joseph price was fair, and his service was outstanding. Great service! Super responsive to emails and very friendly in person. I had to schedule the delivery between Christmas and New Years from South Jersey to Berkeley and I called several companies. I had trouble finding a place that would guarantee the pickup date without charging several hundred extra in fees until I came across JATS. Joseph did the pickup and delivery himself and got it here very quickly--a day earlier than his estimate. My mom handled the pickup with him and said he was really friendly. He even helped me unload some boxes from the car on delivery even with though it was raining outside. (more)

Subject : awesome experience

Joseph owns the truck and drives it himself. You arrange things with him personally rather than through a dispatcher or a broker. He responded with a quote within minutes of my inquiry and we arranged for pickup the same week. Josephs price was much lower than anyone else and he got my van from Philly to California in less than a week. JATS will be my go-to auto transport service in the future. Thank you Yelp algorithm gods for pointing me toward Joseph. (more)
