: The timing was perfect for me
This is why I give them a 4 star rating. Its because I got my car back after 2 weeks of going back and forth trying to get a hold of the car carrier driver. I was told that the car would come on Wednesday. The timing was perfect for me. I had a trip on Saturday that I needed to think about. Wednesday did not happen and every time I talked to someone the time got pushed back every time. I finally got my car that next Thursday night! My car was ok & everything worked out. I was still able to go on my trip but It would have been better without all the extra with the delays. The stress of it all was to much I was not expecting when I hired them. (more)
