: overall experience is not good
Overall, not a great experience, but we got moved.
Our movers showed up FOUR hours late. We got the warning call after two hours had gone bye. We almost gave up and rented a UHaul.
Took them two more hours to show up.
When they did, it was a promised group of three...but the main moving guy who appears to own the business can barely walk up stairs himself. He moved maybe two or three boxes.
The other two movers were very hardworking and got the job done. Everything was moved carefully. It took 2.5 hours but we were charged for just two-- probably because they were so late.
One positive note we had to schedule last-minute movers and they were one of the FEW that had availability on the day we needed.
Overall, I had go with someone else. (more)
