Suddenly got into the concern and enjoyed their valuable service. Here we never decided about the pickup date also but they were very helpful in deciding the date and also for the delivery purposes. They were friendly and responded very promptly on every question we had. Hope made a rite choice for the vehicle transportation. (more)

This being the first time I used a-1freeman, I found it as hassle free and professional as I would expect.I was very nervous shipping my car from Florida to New York and researched many transport companies in advance and found star transport to be the best.All my phone calls and emails were responded properly.I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from this company.They were very helpful and honest and walked me through everything and I really felt like I had a friend helping me! : Awful experience!
This was a great experience for me! I recommend this company for others. I researched 10 different companies on the internet. I received 10 different bids. I found that a-1freeman company had the lowest bid. I called and spoke to the owner and he seemed very honest and straightforward about what I could expect. Awful experience! (more)

: Outstanding Service!
Overall, the experience was extremely positive and stress free. When we call to quote the price of delivery and we agree then they communicate with delivery to pickup our truck in the same day. The customer service was friendly and courteous, and they worked diligently to find a shipper for my car. They picked the cars up on a Saturday and delivered them on the following Tuesday morning in perfect condition. I'll definitely use your service again in the future when needed! (more)

It's good to have know that a-1freeman Transport cares about their customers as well as their drivers. Their service was fast..the truck driver was polite and car arrived with no damage. It was a lot cheaper for me to have it transported then go up and get it myself. Only took a few days to arrive. Good job everyone at a-1freeman Transport. I will be using these guys again because they really care about their customers.. (more)
