We recently had a situation where yellow jackets built a nest in the wall of our house, unbeknownst to us. One afternoon, my son could hear strange sounds in the wall of his bedroom, which is on the second floor. A little while later, we went upstairs and there were six or seven yellow jackets in his room. They had chewed right through his sheetrock wall. Needless to say, he was freaking out and I cannot blame him. I contacted The Yellow Jacket Expert by email that evening and received a phone call back within an hour. They carefully and thoroughly explained their services and their rates. Better still, they told me they could send someone out the next day (this was at like 8:30 at night). It turns out that the founder of the company, Norm Patterson, was the person who came out. Norm worked efficiently and quickly and was able to remove the yellow jackets and their nest successfully. (Important to note: they do not use pesticides, so you do not end up with dead, rotting bees and nests in your wall or ceiling.) I highly recommend The Yellow Jacket Expert. They were prompt, polite, courteous, and their rates are very reasonable.  (more)

They are very helpful at first. They knew about the process well and able to accommodate us on the specific dates that we were needing our van to be dropped off. Although there was a great communication at prior to the pickup they did a great job picking my van up and getting it to my location. I was over all pleased with yellow jacket express and will likely use them again. I couldn't beat the price.Thank you so much.  (more)
