Xpress Movers - Review

I have just moved from a city near Boston to Chicago. I decided to write this review for all the people looking for a company with experience in the moving business. Well, i can recommend Xpress Movers as a loyal company. On moving day, the team came on time, packed my stuff and loaded it in the truck. Suddenly a person from the movers came and asked for the car keys. I asked Why do you need them and he answered To load it on the trailer and move it along with your belongings". I told myself the day canot be more perfect. Everything went smoothly with no stress. After 6 days, all my stuff and my car were at my new house in Chicago waiting for me. Did not use them for a move because I found better, more trustworthy options. However, I wanted to give them a poor rating per how much they harassed me via daily emails & voicemails following the initial quote. It was completely unnecessary & fringed on harassment. Please revise your approach to marketing & sales.  (more)

We just had Xpress movers give us a hand with a move and we were very pleased by the service provided. They called prior to arrival to let us know they were on the way. They assessed the move needs upon arrival, and then got busy making it all happen. When arriving at the destination, they took great care in getting our furniture and boxes moved in neatly and orderly. Everything arrived safely with no problems. Xpress Movers did my shift from IL to MA. They had the experience required for the job, my place was a small tricky to navigate with the furniture but they did it with ease. The estimate I got before the shift was quite accurate and there were no surprises. All my items were delivered without a scratch and this is the main reason I suggest them to everyone that is about to move..  (more)
