: Fantastic Customer Service
We drove up from San Diego to Tacoma and had our cars shipped to Anchorage. We saved about 600 dollars compared to the other carriers and they only needed a few days notice. Staff was awesome. We received our 17 Jetta and brand new 22 BMW in perfect condition.

These dumb asses fucked the whole top of my truck up , then call me and say I have good news and bad news and tell me it in Fairbanks but the roof of your truck it dented and scratched up , then get upset them I am upset and cursing ... You kidding me . Then tell me I need to come pay 2200 for shipping and take my truck to get different quotes to get fixed . Yeah fuck my truck up and do not worry I will be happy about it and go do errands for you to fix it and get a good deal .. Fuck this place the owner does nothing about his terrible employees and then tells me its not a big deal . Do not ever use this place and spread this around . They just fuck the little guy cause they can . Please help me spread the way this assholes treat there customers (more)

Have used them a few times for shipping vehicles between Anchorage and Tacoma. They are always friendly and patient when dealing with someone like myself who always ends calling multiple times.
I believe the ladys name was Daniella who had to deal with me the last time where I called at least 6 times. She was great and never sounded put out from my repeated calls. (more)

Consumer Alert ! After my car arrived at the port of Tacoma WA.
I found and reported damage that was noticeably obvious.. Filled out the necessary required paperwork for repair. Bill the owner has ignored my claim along with his wife Georgia and have been neglecting to follow up with us.
Small claims court is pending for justice. After twenty-five years that I have been there client I recommended that Bill steps down and allows others to help run his business (more)

I shipped my 99 Dodge Viper GTS from Wa with Wrightway. Everything went off perfect and my "wife approved girlfriend" arrived in perfect shape, something I was very worried about since this car can be easily damaged because the ground clearance is soooo low.
Thanks guys for an easy transaction and delivering my baby safely!

Had a great experience! They got me in super quickly. Customer service was great. I paid out of pocket and they gave me a year warranty for chip repair! Plus the whole service only took an hour. Would highly recommend using this location! (more)

Great service and follow up. Lots of brokers tried to get my business when I called, but they did not have their own trucks. This company does not broker your car out. They do what they say and deliver as promised, all at the lowest price. (more)

They were awful, from start to finish. I really wished I had used someone else because they never called to explain why they were late or when they would be there. The vehicle arrived with a scratch on the bumper and they wouldn't let me see the shipping paperwork to confirm that it wasn't there when it was shipped. Apparently they don't feel the need to to anything but take your money. (more)
