I satisfied with worry free transport company. Diane and Jessica are great person that i talked to. When i had questions, they always replied back and had all the answers for me. I was EXTREMELY happy with the service. Friendly and helpful customer service... GREAT price.... and tremendously fast delivery. They originally quoted me $695 for a open trailer delivery from Florida to California, but I actually received the car in an enclosed trailer with no extra charge. Driver also was very friendly and understanding about my busy schedule. I already recommended Worry Free Transport to my friends and I am pretty confident that they will be very satisfied as well. Kansas city to Sacremento. My company was first going to move me to Seattle. I called and placed my shipping order with a deposit of $100. Then about 4-5 days later I received a call and found out that my project was cancelled. I notified Worry Free Transport and they said "no problem... we understand this happens. There has not been a truck assigned to your vehicle so we can hold your shipment order until you find your next location that you would like your vehicle shipped too." It took me a few weeks to find my next location. I called Worry Free Transport to notify them and within 2 hours they already found a truck and had the vehicle picked same day!! it arrived with no problems... the Truck driver was very friendly too.  (more)

Worry free Transport is one of the worst companies I ever dealt with in my life. They contracted to pick up my car in 3-10 business days. When my cars were not picked up for more than 10 business days I called them and asked why. They told me they are still looking for a carrier. When my cars were not picked up for almost a month I called again. Once more it was the same story, they are still looking for carrier and added if I wanted to cancel the service with them I can. I cancelled the service, got new company, and my cars were picked up the next day. After cancelling the service this company was not even refunding my money. They were always saying a refund will be done this week or in a day or two. This went on for more than 10 days. After filing a dispute with my credit card company they refunded part of the charges and they said the rest of the money is non-refundable fee even though they have a "Money back guarantee". The people at Worry Free Transport were very unprofessional. Once a customer service representative hung up on me after I told her I would file a complaint and she said that she did not really care. Wow...Worry Free Transport did not pick up my cars for almost a month and caused me so much stress about my cars sitting in a different state, unnecessary rental car expenses, and a higher cost to another carrier. I can go on and on, but I will stop here. After reading my review if you still want to use this company then best of luck to you. This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. Thanks  (more)

I read reviews of Worry Free Auto prior to booking. They had competitive pricing, and descent reviews which is what confirmed my booking for me. I consider myself to have fair standards of acceptable business. When I'm given information, I expect that it would be clear. When I called prior to booking, they gave me the range of 1-10 business days. They did not tell me that was a "typical" time of pick-up and there is no guarantee. I called 1-2 times per week checking on the ship time. On the 9th business day I called to confirm that the order would be picked up that Tuesday (business day 10) and the woman on the phone confirmed. When I did not hear anything on Tuesday, I called back. When I spoke with a representative she immediately told me she would check into it and call me back. I received no call-back, and then left two messages asking them to call to let me know the status. On the 11th day I called once more, and the woman on the phone told me her manager would call me back, but assured me I would receive at minimum a $50 refund. When the manager called back, she was condescending and terribly rude. I was keeping a reasonable tone, and she would say things mid-conversation such as "I can't sit here and argue with you all day...there are other calls coming in!" and even with the lovely response to my ask for a refund of by telling me it wasn't possible because "This isn't Disneyland!". She was highly unprofessional. She also told me I could not get the promised refund because it was after the 10 business days (mind you on the 10th business day I called 3+ times with no call-back). Eventually she said she could refund the $105 deposit however they would then not pick-up the car. At that point I could not accomodate an additional 10 day wait time from a different company. When I called today as I had not received the $50 refund, the woman on the phone told me they would not be refunding and I may have been misinformed. She "assured" me by  (more)
