Whataway To Go Auto Transport - Review

I had one small issue at the beginning of the process where I was expecting to hear from the company and did not. (i.e. someone forget to phone me back). I was a bit annoyed and let the company know that. I have to say, the company pulled out all the stops to make things right! I had numerous phone calls from the admin office thereafter and they even helped arrange temporary storage of the vehicle on account I could not meet them at the pick-up location / time. I think the true nature of a company is shown when you see how they deal with a problem, and this company showed me that they care. In the end, I was very pleased with the service and would absolutely use them again. The representative who met me at the pick-up location was excellent. I have absolutely no complaints about the overall experience with cascade.My decision to use Whataway To Go Auto Transport was based on not only because of cheap quotes, but the very good customer service each time I called.They exceeded my expectations,my car arrived before the expected date.They were very helpful and I was pleased with my overall experience. The driver was very professional, the cars arrived in perfect condition, and they were even delivered two days earlier than we had requested. They answered all my questions, helped to make the process as smooth .We will continue to use Whataway To Go Auto Transport for all of our transport needs.
