: Great Experience
This was my first time shipping my car, and Leo Faria at Viper Express did a terrific job! Throughout the whole process, I felt very comfortable having my car in his hands.
Leo setup a date in advance and came right on time to pickup the vehicle. During the shipping process, he always picked up the phone, so I knew exactly where my car was at all times.
For car-pickup, my flight was extremely delayed, but Leo waited THREE HOURS for me to pick up my car without even complaining once.
Car shipping involves a lot of trust, and I felt very comfortable putting my car in their hands. Leo is a honest, trustworthy, down-to-earth person, and I was very very satisfied with my experience with Viper Transport.
I highly recommend it to everyone.

Montway auto transportation contracted Leo from Viper Express. I had given montway 2 week window. Within 24hrs I received a call from Leo stating he would pick up car next morning. Very courteous and professional. Gave me ETA of 8-9 days but actually made it in 7. Great communication will definitely use again.

VIPER WAS CONTRACTED THRU "ABLE AUTO TRANSPORT" ..WHEN I SPOKE TO NICOLE AT ABLE AUTO, TO MAKE THE ARRAINGEMENTS, I ASKED FOR A PICKUP AND DELIVERY WITHIN 5 - 7 DAYS. SHE SAID IT SHOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM, I WAS A LITTLE CONCERNED BECAUSE SHE DID NOT GIVE ME A DEFINATE "YES". MUCH TO MY SURPRISE I GOT AN E-MAIL SEVERAL HOURS LATER INDICATING THAT MY PICKUP TRUCK WOULD BE PICKED UP IN NEW HAMPSHIRE ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON AND DELIVERD TO PENNSVILLE N.J. ON MONDAY AFTERNOON. OVERALL EXPERIANCE WAS GREAT, 5 STAR, AND THE DRIVER "LEO" DID A GREAT JOB WITH TRANSPORTATION AND PAPER WORK ON BOTH ENDS. (more)

: Very undependable company
Quality of service provided by Viper Express LLC Transport Company is very poor. The technology and materials they use for ensuring safety of the car during the transition is also not up to standards. The cork they use for stopping my car from moving during the transition somehow tore my car tires. They are not willing to compensate as well and as a result I had to shed extra out of my pocket for repair works. Very undependable company. (more)
