: Poor customer service
Vip has very rude customer service. They make a lot of money when it comes to shipping your vehicle. They cannot give you a specific date on anything you ask. Very unreliable and poor customer service. It took abot 3 weeks to get my vehicle from LA to Hawaii. (more)

: VIP Transport.
My appreciation goes out to Michelle, Jim, Angel and Alex for making my move stress free. The guys rallied through the 100deg So. Cal day and moved my 60 boxes and furniture with ease. The guys were friendy, cautious where necessary and thorough. Everything was placed where instructed and unscathed. Highly recommend them. (more)

: VIP shipping transport
This was my first experience with a long distance vehicle transport and I was nervous on how it would go. Kevin G was great. He was professional and courteous and very engaged during the whole process. Strive Transport was the company actually providing transport. Those drivers were also professional and careful with the vehicles. I had two vehicles going from New Jersey to Texas, both arrived in the timeframe promised. I would definitely use the company and Kevin again and also highly recommend. Bob C (more)

Asked for a quote 4 months ahead and agreed on price and then company ended up that I had to pay 200 dollars more than quote. very unethical way to do business and suggest you be very careful to the people and would not trust them again. Said only estimate and not solid price. (more)
