This was an excellent experience for us...we have never shipped a car before, and we did not know what to expect. We received perfect service on both ends of the transaction. My father (95 yrs) was shipping his car to us. He was nervous about anything that one does on the internet......all in all, he was very pleased as to how everything was handled. On our end, the timing was perfect, Gabe was very polite and helpful. I would use this company anytime again...and encourage my friends to do the same. Thank you Uberhaul !  (more)

It was my first time using an auto transport company and overall i was very satisfied with Uber Haul Logistics. They were very professional; they answered all of my questions and helped me transport my car from Florida to New York in a tinely manner, on time and without any issues. My car arrived much sooner than I thought and was in great condition.They did what they said. I originally read about them on Craig's List in Phoenix. I was looking for an owner/operatior (not a broker) to deliver point to point service from AZ to Idaho. Uber Haul seemed like a possibility as they were a local company in the greater Phoenix area. I called the number and reached Gabe while he was driving in TX. He said he personally did not do the route I wanted but he would be glad to try to help me. He asked me to contact Cristina by email to find what I wanted. Cristina is amazing! She took it upon herself to find someone for me, without any compensation to her. She worked the system for a week until she finally came up with the perfect person. The price was reassonable and the service first rate. She is a real professional in the business. It is amazing when you can find someone you don't know who goes out of their way to be helpful just because they are nice people! PLEASE USE UBER HAUL for any shipment. They are just a smal family business, but are honest, hard working and amazingly nice! Their own truck is an open hauler, and they do point to point on the same truck, no terminals, no drop offs, etc. They are fully insured and will do anything to be helpful.  (more)
