This was the first time I have ever had a vehicle shipped. I had heard rumors about how horrible the vehicle shipping experience was for others and I was very concerned.
Enter Road Runner Towing, Don made me feel very comfortable and assured me that my vehicle would be safe with them. He was absolutely right! My vehicle showed up on time with zero damage and the guys that dropped it off were great.
Don and his team were very professional, honest, and courteous. They are truly in the business of getting you your vehicle safely.
I would use them again and I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their vehicle shipped.

Tom was very helpful and answered all my questions. I would recommend saving your time with other auto transport companies and stick with this one. They are honest and was able to transport my car to another state in a timely manner that suited my schedule. I forgot the name of the person who picked up and dropped off my car, but he was also very helpful and nice. Kept me updated the entire time. Would use them again for sure! (more)

Had a great experience shipping my car from NYC to Colorado for the very first time. The customer experience was great and kept me well informed. I reached out for a quote and got a call back the very next day, with plan set in place the day after. Would highly recommend. (more)

Susan welborn was the Point of Contact that I dealt with. She had poor communication with me for coordination, Weeks late on pick up and delivery to where I am now filing criminal charges because I don't know where the vehicle is a month after scheduled pick up.
Do not use the company. She's all talk and no walk. (more)
