: Worst Customer service
No clue where are vehicle is and have been given the run around for a few days now. The company was recommended by the Dallas VPC so we thought that they would be professional and worth the money. Now I am really regretting not going with a more affordable company. We have had a rental for a while and knowing our vehicle would arrive we returned our rental but our vehicle never showed up and here we our two days after promised delivery date and have no idea where our truck is and no communication with the driver. My recently purchased car was picked up from point of purchase in Cary, NC, and delivered to the planned location in Maryland undamaged and on time. All questions and concerns on my part were dealt with in a courteous and professional manner. Job Well Done! (more)

: I don’t want others to suffer like me
More than anything every customer expects responsibility from the companies they avail for their requirements. In that case Transcar Auto Shippers, Inc is the most highly irresponsible company I could come across. I made the mistake of trusting them and I will be more careful in the future. They compensated for the loss I went through but I am still unsatisfied and I don’t want others to suffer like me. (more)
