Time Auto Transport - Review

We chose Time Auto because they were local to Detroit, and we were buying a car from a private seller in Michigan (we live in Philly). Time Auto agreed to hold the vehicle on their lot until our payment to the seller cleared. The check cleared on Friday afternoon, and we were told they had assign a driver on Monday, and we had receive it within 3-4 days. Only seeing one terrible review I was nervous that it would be more like 4 weeks. Imagine my surprise when the driver called to say it would be there Tuesday afternoon! It arrived in great condition. I would definitely use this company again - they were always available to answer the phone and were willing to be flexible with our unique situation.  (more)

Sam Green came to our rescue when we were in a pinch from another company canceling on us. We had booked to have our vehicle shipped from SF to Portland with another company (SF auto Transport/USA Auto Transport), but one day before our move, they cancelled the job. Fortunately, we were able to find Sam who hustled, worked his magic, and within ONE HOUR was able to find us someone to transport our vehicle! On the day of pick up, the dispatcher (Mike, One Wheel Trucking) came, adeptly brought it onto his trailer, and also kept us updated on the status throughout delivery. We are so grateful to Sam for his help, he was great to work with--absolutely reliable, efficient, friendly and communicative! And thank you Mike for getting our vehicle here safely! If we ever need to ship our vehicle to another state, we will be sure to ask for Sam again!  (more)

I was just really fairly pleased with the services I received through Time Auto transportaions. This was my first time to ship a car, so I was apprehensive about how to find a good carrier. My friend refered me this company.My transport experience with Time Auto Transport was excellent. My car was picked up a day early, which was great for me - but caught the dealer, by surprise - no problems though.They offered reliable service at reasonable cost.No hidden charges and no extra money.I will use this company again, and will tell anyone who is looking to move a vehicle to contact Time Auto Transport.  (more)
