Quoted me in under a minute... didnt ask me my name, personal info etc which I hate when people do that. They asked me all they needed to know, gave me a fast quote and i enjoyed speaking to them. Then all they did was ask my email so they could SEND me a link to fill out full details... thank you! This is how it should be done. I will be using them to ship my car. Other places ask you all your info before even telling you cost ugg.. then they sell your info and you get blown up by text. This company is AWESOME for honest fast quotes. I was so sick of talking to other people about quotes so when I called Thrifty Auto Shipping... breath of fresh air!  (more)

I used Thrifty Auto Shipping because they had a high rating from the Better Business Bureau. I had them ship my 2015 Acura shipped from Dallas, TX to Jacksonville, FL and there were no problems at all. I was given a very fair quote and it only took a few days. Customer Service was excellent - easy to contact by phone or email. Response was usually same day. Representative explained complete process and cost. Truck driver who picked up car was prompt and friendly and kept in contact before pickup and before delivery. After researching many companies to transport my vehicle I found Thrifty Auto Shipping online and contacted them. Connie was awesome because she made sure things went as planned throughout the whole process. She was extremely nice and helpful and explained everything in detail. She even sent me an email quote which had the same details she had provided over the phone. The price was just a little over average but the service I received was definitely worth it. They did exactly as they promised and were very courteous and prompt. Great people and great company! I’d definitely use them again and recommend them to others.  (more)

I called for a quote in the middle of February for a move in mid-March. I was quoted a price of $1350 and was advised to wait and call back towards the end of March to get a better price. When I called back, I was quoted a price of $1150, a savings of $200! I booked the transport and a few days later my vehicle was on its way. We were very happy with the customer service we received from Dwight at Thrifty Auto. He coordinated moving our car from McKinney, TX to Mount Pleasant, SC with no problems at all. We did have a slight miscommunication with the driver but Dwight handled it all quickly and professionally. He was very responsive and helpful at all times. At first we were told it would take at least four days for the car to get here but it ended up only taking two. Awesome! We would of course recommend Thrifty Auto Shipping.  (more)
