Texbiz carriers - Review

I needed my car picked up due to my job being relocated. I contacted chris and ken and different times i called to asked to get my car picked up on a certain date. Ken told me that he could not really guarantee to pick up my car on that date but if i could let it be picked up sooner would be a lot better for myself so the car can be there . Myself knowing that guarantees in certain business is tough to make i fully understood that. they did answer my calls whn needed and they were really helpful with my questions. Despite of some of the negative comments from others I gave them a shot because i know there is always sides to every story. Chris did keep informed and moved my Lexus and my Suv. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a transport. I would like to thank chris and kenneth for the great service and the honesty because alot of other companies would tell you what you want to hear. Thanks guys.  (more)

This was a shipment from a place off the beaten path and was not easy for anyone. The car was an antique which needed a little help to get on board. Once Ken at Texbiz got on the case things started happening immediately. I got a good driver who was helpful in getting the car loaded and unloaded. He arrived with the car as planned and the whole show went off without a hitch. If you want fast, courteous, personalized service- -go with Texbiz. They will get the job done when others cannot. This company was nice as could be told me everything was going to be fine, so I paid thru paypal an extra "deposit" they required for me to pay to get the shipment "listed" this meant they would " put the vehicle on dispatch" .This is where it got ugly, my vehicle was listed on uship and I had already paid uship 200.00 now they wanted an additional 200. So my volkswagen is still sitting here, and I have now forked over 400.00 upfront. This is where texbizcarriers gets trick with you. They put your "file" on another persons desk because they just got fired. So KEN is now your personal helper and he is gonna get this thing shipped right away for you. All you have to do is go onto the uship site and remove your shipment so they can get the extra 200 and give it to the driver to ship the vehicle YES you read that right , they want the uship 200.00 fee so they can give it to the driver NOW they will get it shipped asap for you. And you cant leave a feedback on uship thats negative catching on to the scam now readers. After a month of calls to KEN at texbizcarriers and after I dispute my money on paypal ken tells me that they have not been able to ship the volkswagen because of one thing after the other. I tell them to just give me my money back on paypal and we can go our seperate ways SO LESSON HERE IS texbiz is in business to get your deposit and run on you.  (more)

i had looked online for about 2 months before i decided to ship my truck from nc to wa..... and these guys were awesome... honest, reliable and everything... i have no issues yet with these guys and dont expect anything ... would totally reccomend to all my friends...  (more)

It was my first time shipping a car, and I was overwhelmed by the experience. However, after talking with them, all my fears went away. The staff was very friendly and honest. Even the carrier was extremely nice! I was so comfortable with the whole process. My car arrived early and everything went very smoothly. I highly recommend this agency! You cannot get quicker service then I knowledgeable. Great communication and the whole thing was on time. You can't ask for more when shipping a vehcile...punctual service, excellent communication, no damage and a great price. Would definitely use once more.  (more)
