Speedy Auto Shipping - Review

This company communicated everything from the beginning to end, had all the documents and insurance information in my hands as discussed, contracted with the driver and had my car picked up and delivered within a week. Very easy to work with and they had a great price. Would definitely contact this company again in the future.  (more)

I have never shipped a car before and I was really nervous about doing it. I shopped around a bit and Speedy was the cheapest. I called once before and spoke with Jordan and he kind a made me feel a little bit more comfortable about shipping my car. A few days later, I spoke with Corey and he answered all of my questions and I felt more at ease. He was very professional and very courteous. The company did charge my credit card for the deposit without my permission and when I called to speak with him, he quickly apologized for the mishap. He admitted that he forgot to inform the accounting department not to charge my card when he submitted my paperwork. There was no other mishaps with monies being exchanged. I got the drivers who would be hauling my car information and I was in contact with that person most of the time. Unfortunately, during the time that my car was being hauled the weather was terrible so the original driver had to abort my haul. I quickly called Corey and he had already found me another hauler at the same price that we had agreed on. Of course the new hauler had the same issue with the weather so he came late, which is understandable. Mike (the new driver) was in constant contact with me and he picked up the car when he said he would after all the issues with the weather. When the car made it here, I was unaware that I was supposed to look over the car before I signed for it. That was stupid on my part. My car had a broken tail light and when I called Mike to get it fixed, he refused and hung up in my face. I think Speedy is a good company to use and would most likely use them again and of course I would ask for Corey if I do. I do recommend that Speedy should evaluate the contract haulers that they use more carefully. So they do not get losers like Mike. When I called Corey about the problem, he quickly emailed me all of Mikes info so I can try to handle it with him. In closing, Speedy is a good company and Corey is definitely an awesome representative! JUST DONT USE MIKE!!! Heres Mikes info so no one else will use the loser!  (more)

I felt that they were very honest when setting everything up. The prices were reasonable, and they were very helpful. The driver for my car was very polite, and always kept me in the loop as to the location of my car, and how long it would take to get to me. Overall, I had a great experience, and would definitely use them again in the future if needed.  (more)

Pleasantly surprised when my car arrived on the exact date that they had originally estimated and with absolutely no damage or problems. Price was very good and the drivers were professional and courteous. They were on time when they picked up and delivered my car.
